When you enter a door you don't always do it consciously, when you go through life you often do not see where you go. We, Oliver and Anne-Marie, got an extra pair of senses when we merged. The door we went through together was almost a physical thing. Our first live meeting was a meeting of body and soul. Two magnets drawn together so forcefully and inevitably that we noticed going through the door in a big way.

 

We are not a normal love story or a well matched couple. We are more than that. We are O+A= 42. Together we thread the path of life in a very different manner than before. In sync and thus seeing more and feeling more than ever before. Seeing the world together has it made more beautiful and more perplexing. Talking with each other about it paints everything in a different colour and gives us more insights than every before. In this blog we would like to write down some of our meandering thoughts that seem to only exist because we found each other. Having someone who has his/her brain wired in the same way is so enriching that we celebrate this every day. Love songs that always seemed so sugary now fit us. We often taste and experience life to the fullest now. And setbacks and hard times we take lighter. We now finally understand why sex is called "making love". Every time it is better than before and all the times are like a rising mountain that carries us higher every day. Oliver and Anne-Marie on a mountaintop, around us a pink bubble that protects us. Love was never so easy, so deep and so all encompassing. Finding it later in life makes us even more grateful and we know it is a once in a lifetime thing that not everyone will find. 

Yesterday Anne-Marie had a firefly light up in the palm of her hand. She was full of wonder but did not want to hurt the little animal. She gave it to Oliver and he let it go 💜
